Become an OpenLiteracy Tutor
We hire certified and retired teachers with classroom teaching experience and deep knowledge of how kids learn to read.
OpenLiteracy is currently recruiting part-time reading tutors to join its tutoring corps. Reading tutors conduct online 30-minute tutoring sessions for children in grades K-6. All of our tutoring sessions are based on a curriculum specifically designed by OpenLiteracy. To ensure the highest quality of instruction, all our literacy tutors are certified or retired teachers with classroom teaching experience and are required to complete a competency based training. The vast majority of our tutoring occurs Monday - Thursday during the school day.
Customer Success Manager
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our school partners, ensuring that communication is smooth, issues are resolved proactively, and our partners experience the full value of OpenLiteracy’s services. You will work closely with our Student Success and Tutoring teams to deliver an exceptional experience, managing weekly communications, monitoring the status of engagements, and ensuring that all goals are being met.
